Terms & Conditions

All watches and collectibles offered by Rarest Watches and Collectables are vintage, pre-owned, or previously circulated, and are sold as-is, except where a listing expressly states otherwise.

1. As-is condition. Unless a product page clearly promises a warranty, guarantee, servicing credit, or other assurance, items are sold in their present condition. Age-related wear, patina, scratches, lume aging, bracelet stretch, crystal marks, and similar characteristics of vintage pieces are to be expected and are not defects for the purpose of a claim, except where we have misdescribed the item in a material way.
2. Descriptions & photos. We describe items in good faith using available information and photography. Images form part of the description. Colours may vary by screen. If you need measurements, movement details, or additional photos before purchase, contact us prior to ordering.
3. Authenticity. We offer pieces we believe to be authentic based on our inspection and sourcing. Brand names are used only to identify the goods. Nothing on this site creates an affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, if any ever applied, are typically expired on vintage items and are not transferred by us unless expressly stated.
4. Timekeeping & service. Vintage watches may require regulation, servicing, or parts. We do not warrant accuracy, water resistance, or uninterrupted function unless a listing says so in writing. Do not assume water resistance on any vintage watch without independent testing.
5. Exceptions. Where a listing expressly states a warranty period, return window, authenticity guarantee, or included service, that written statement controls for that item only and for the scope described.
6. Orders, pricing & currency. Prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) at checkout. Any on-site currency converter is for browsing convenience only and is not a binding quote. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
7. Shipping & title. Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms stated at checkout or in our shipping communications. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import compliance in the destination country.
8. Returns. Unless a listing or written confirmation provides a return right, sales of as-is vintage goods are final. If we have agreed to a return, items must be unused by the buyer beyond inspection, in the same condition as shipped, with all original contents we included.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or enjoyment.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
